Clinical deep dive
Environmental medicine, toxic exposure and detoxification
What the research shows about endocrine-disrupting chemicals like BPA and phthalates, pesticides, persistent pollutants and heavy metals, and their links to egg quality, sperm parameters and implantation. You will learn when and how to screen a couple for toxic exposure and how to read the history for clues. We finish with the fertility detox I use in practice: avoidance first, then nutrient and organ support, timed before conception rather than during it.

Meet your mentor
Dr. Jaclyn Smeaton, ND
A naturopathic physician focused on infertility, reproductive and genitourinary health, and Chief Medical Officer at Precision Analytical. She has trained thousands of clinicians in her methodology, earned her Certificate in Women's Health and Menopause from Harvard Medical School in 2025, and served as president of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
She has run this mentorship since 2017, and she's still in the room with every cohort: on the calls, in the cases, and on the other end of your 1:1s. Expect a cheerleader in your corner who celebrates every win, big and small.

Full refund within 7 days of enrolling, as long as you haven't started the Month Zero content. After that, if you paid in full, your first $2,799 holds your seat and can be transferred once to a future cohort; anything paid beyond it is refundable until kickoff on January 4, 2027. The payment plan can’t be cancelled: every scheduled payment is due, even if you stop participating.
Questions
When does it start?
Enroll by December 15 and you start with a bonus Month Zero in December. The full cohort formally kicks off January 4, 2027 and runs through December 2027.
How much time will it take?
Plan on about 5 hours a month. Everything is recorded, so if you can’t make a live call you can listen on your own time.
What’s included with the Boston retreat?
Your lodging and meals during the retreat are included. You’re responsible for your travel to and from Boston. If you can’t travel, you can join virtually.
I already took the Masterclass. Is this different?
Yes. The Masterclass is the foundation; the mentorship goes much deeper every month and adds business coaching, case work and 1:1 time with Dr. Jaclyn.
Is this CE-eligible?
We are applying for CE. Business sessions and Month Zero bonuses are not part of the CE program.
Do I need to be in practice already?
You’ll get the most from it if you’re seeing patients now, but new graduates have used the mentorship to launch their practices too.
I'm not an ND. Is this for me?
Yes. The mentorship welcomes integrative and functional medicine clinicians across disciplines, including MDs, DOs, OB-GYNs, nurse practitioners, midwives and acupuncturists. You'll apply everything within your own scope of practice.
